His approach to counselling is in his belief that “people have the ability to become the best version of themselves.”

Gabriel has a medical background working in the Dominican Republic. While appreciating the impact of health care, he became more aware of the personal and social barriers and chose to leave the medical profession in order to help people from an advocacy position and on a more personal level in counselling. His combined experience, skills, interest, and medical background make him an ideal counsellor within a variety of life domains and situations.

Knowing that no two people have the same experience and that they are the experts in their own lives is key in his approach with clients while encouraging them to explore this from a different perspective. Gabriel works to build self-understanding and acceptance through authentic, honest, and candid conversations. He believes that everyone’s unique personality and experiences give the world depth and colour with the goal of helping you discover your living truth and what it is that you want for your life.
