Catherine is a Clinical Counsellor in Training, on the path becoming a certified Adlerian Psychotherapist with Clear Counselling. She works from a strength-based approach to guide and empower folks with all diverse identities and backgrounds by providing:

  • Individual Counselling
  • Couples counselling / Relationship counselling
  • Sex Therapy

 

Her approach to counselling is in her belief that “when people feel supported and encouraged, they have the potential to heal, create, change. and thrive!”

 

Catherine has worked in both British Columbia and Manitoba for the past 9 years with various age groups, ethnicities, in the field of mental health – within, both, the private and government services sector. Having worked with people’s concerns with disabilities, addictions, and mental health related concerns, she understands the complex challenges people face when dealing with and working within the social systems. Aware of how this effects their personal lives in regards to:

  • Family and Friends
  • Relationships and Sexual Relations
  • Identity and the Self
  • Meaning of Life
  • Spirituality
